afrofuture
giveback

Before there was AfroFuture Foundation, there was Afrofuture Giveback— a way for festival attendees to give directly to the communities in our host cities.
Our History
AfroFuture GIVEBACK is a program  started by Culture Management Group, LLC (CMG) in 2017 prior to establishing the AfroFuture Foundation.

The idea was simple: to make sure our festival attendees had a way to get involved in our community efforts and giveback to the communities that give the festival its heartbeat.
Our Mission
Our mission is to invest back into local communities by providing access to education, healthcare, and resources that meet immediate needs.
Our Philosophy
At the heart of our philosophy is reciprocity. AfroFuture has always been shaped by the communities that have welcomed us, and we don't take that lightly.

We see it as our responsibility to invest back into these communities that have made our work possible.
Our Impact
Since being founded, we've raised and donated upwards of $50,000 in cash and in-kind support.
